Dr. Johannes Kratz has been selected to the 2026 UCSF Health Network Leadership Academy

We are pleased to celebrate Dr. Johannes Kratz, on his selection to the 2026 UCSF Health Network Leadership Academy.

Dr. Kratz serves as University of California, San Francisco Medical Director of Robotic Surgery and Chief of Thoracic Surgery, leadership roles that place him at the nexus of complex surgical care, technological advancement and multidisciplinary innovation.

Through the academy, he will join a select group of physicians from across the UCSF Health network in a program designed to forge stronger institutional connections and cultivate the physician leaders who will guide the network’s continued growth and evolution.
